Counseling Services
Therapy presents opportunities for growth and healing. Your values will be our guide. In our work together, we will focus on what’s important to you and what gives you a sense of purpose in life.
Learning to understand thoughts, behaviors, and the context of your environment are important aspects of the work we will do together. Our work will also focus on becoming familiar with your history and the consequences of your choices. We practice learning how to attend to your feelings and experiences, thereby increasing your choices.
Therapy will enhance your coping skills and increase self-awareness. We will work collaboratively to reinforce your strengths, identify concerns, and solve barriers to change. By focusing on your values and strengths, increasing personal awareness and acceptance, and attending to your physical health, we will work towards finding a well-balanced life.
